I just want to start out by saying the food was excellent and fresh! The crew tonight worked together as a team to get everyone... taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately they need to get their act together, the quality is not up to their standards. I know everyone is short handed,... but that shouldn't affect the quality. Since when does Double meat mean a very light scoop followed by a half scoop. I wouldn't complain if they were two light scoops,... but I'm not paying for 1 1/3 portions when I'm charged for double. And when I say "I'm sorry, what's that? That's not double.That's less than one and a half portions." I'm looked at like I'm crazy. Ive never felt the need to review a chain restaurantbut I'd recommend going to Boardman or Austintown instead. Went the other day, grossly understaffed, workers were very slow and had difficulty wrapping the burrito, skimpy proportions,... and not as clean as any other I've been to. Not to mention, my usual order was more expensive. Just a sign of the times. Read more
