Called for a pizza delivery. Pizza was left on our porch. 1 hour after placing the order we called and they couldn't find the... order but when they did they said that we should check the front porch. Dan the manager said that we asked for it to be leftthere on the porch NOT TRUE Dan! Very loud when we called initially and The person who took the order asked for us to repeateverything 3 times! No wonder they messed up the order. When we got upset he called us rude and after refusing to give us his orhis district manager - Doug's last name or number he hung up on us because he doesn't have to listen to people being rude tohim. FOR MAKING A MISTAKE WITH OUR FOOD - UNBELIEVABLE! AMAZING - WELL DAN - I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG YOU HAVE WORKED WITH THEPUBLIC BUT PEOPLE GET UPSET YOU MESS UP THEIR FOOD! YOU NEED MORE TRAINING DAN! Went for the all you can eat buffet. Food was good and I'm sure they tried their best, but the buffet only goes for so long, ... Most of our time was spent waiting for them to restock the buffet. That was the only inconvenient part. Read more
This place used to be so good when it was in the center of town. Loaded potato pizza was just a thick slab of dough with plain... potatoes cheese and bacon. No flavor at all. The pepperoni rolls used to be amazing, now it's always burnt on the bottom andbarely any cheese or pepperoni. Wish I hadn't have given this place another chance and just spent half that money on dominos.Also the "main guy" at the counter/expo was yelling at everyone about everything not work related. Starting from the moment we walked in the door, it was a fantastic experience. We were greeted as we came in, had someone bring... menus quickly, suggested appetizers, refilled drinks without asking, kept folks at the bar area entertained, and just all aroundwas a good waitress. Food was great, atmosphere was fun, pizza hot and drinks cold. The final thing: as we walked out the door,the same guy that greeted us told us thanks for stopping in. ?? love this Coccas so much we pass 2 others to visit this specificone! Read more
I ordered a buffalo chicken salad. When i opened the box, the salad literally had two small slices of chicken tenders on it. Not... even enough to feed a toddler. I called the manager. I thought it just could be an oversight. The manager informed me that theownership of Cocca's has instructed her and the staff to only put two small chicken strips on each salad. Now, I have orderedthis particular salad many times in the past, and it has had a very good portion of chicken strips. Needless to say, I sincehave ordered a similar salad from Belleria, and it was fabulous. Sorry to see you go Cocca's , but your quality has gonedownhill!!! Read more
