I give them a 5 for food and service. But please stop with the 3 percent service charge for credit cards. This is a cost of... doing business no different than electricity or gas. The whole concept is that you do infinitely more business by acceptingcredit cards than you would do if you were cash only. Next time this happens anywhere I'm reducing my tip by the amount of theservice charge. How about doing something that's not punitive like a discount for paying with cash instead of a penalty forusing a card? Try declaring that you only accept cash for a week or two and see where your sales go. Read more
Website states they close at 10 pm yet I was not able to place an order for delivery @ 8:50 pm because it said the store was... closed. I tried changing it to Carry Out and it still said the store was closed. I called and was told they are doing pizzaorders only and pick up only since they were closing soon. This is our favorite pizza! The staff in Canfield are wonderful. We never had a bad order.
Very disappointed in today?s pizza order. I have been noticing the lack of toppings with each past order, but today?s pizza may... have well been ordered just plain! I ordered their large deluxe pizza. It had very, very few toppings at all! I?ll be orderingfrom another establishment. Read more
Had the Caprice pizza and boneless wings. So good! Our server Beth was really friendly and took great care of us.
My first time having gionino's was in lake Milton over a decade ago. I've always liked them ever since. I recently checked out... this location. Overall the food was great. However my order was messed up. When I picked it up they forgot to give me half of itso I had to ask for it. I was given a different pizza than I ordered and they gave me the wrong salad. Just stood at the front for over 15 minutes and no one even came up from the back. Finally another person in line went around... the desk to get their attention. He was just standing back there talking while 3 people were waiting up front to pick up theirorders. All of which were ready for pick up. Very annoyed. Also the jojo's are absolutely disgusting!
