From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The frosting delicious, the cake flavors delicious. The cake was moist... and everyone couldn?t stop talking about how flavorful the pineapple cake was. The smash cake was also enjoyed by the otherkids. I?ve never tasted such a good white cake. Omgosh! For the first time a white cake isn?t overloaded with almond extract.Just not too sweet either. Amazing!!! Kim just did my wedding cake two weeks ago and it was perfect. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we asked for, and... not to mention delicious. We used Kim's Confections for our November 2018 wedding and were very pleased with the end result. Kim was open about... discussing what she thought she would be able to pull off in terms of certain effects and ultimately worked with us to decide ona dark green marbled fondant cake with copper accents to match our wedding colors.
