While I don't mind getting a free meal every time go to this particular McDs I do mind waiting 20 minutes for food. We end up at this McDonald's about every other week. The kids like the chicken nuggets. The last couple of times the fries were... a little soggy and the apple pie I ordered was barely warm. The customer service was great though. Very friendly and responsive. They brought us our food and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything else. Read more

My friend just ordered food through the drive through and they charged her for 2 meals. She only ordered and received one. When... she inquired about it they said well there's no way to prove that.
