While I don't mind getting a free meal every time go to this particular McDs I do mind waiting 20 minutes for food. I'm not even... asking for it to be good food, it's literally a "fast food restaurant" all you have to do is be fast! And on top of waiting 20minutes the food isn't even fresh, it's cold and soggy. We end up at this McDonald's about every other week. The kids like the chicken nuggets. The last couple of times the fries were... a little soggy and the apple pie I ordered was barely warm. The customer service was great though. Very friendly and responsive. They brought us our food and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything else. Read more

My friend just ordered food through the drive through and they charged her for 2 meals. She only ordered and received one. When... she inquired about it they said well there's no way to prove that. The food is fine. Standard for McD’s. I’m usually not too harsh on reviews unless I have a disturbing experience, but I... can’t justify going back to a McDonald’s where I can hear an employee yelling at/chewing out another employee wherecustomers can see & hear. I ordered breakfast on the app yesterday, I paid in the app and proceeded to get ready for work while my husband picked it... up. He got there the order wasn’t there and they sent him home to get my phone.
