Spent over $40 for 2 people. 2 sandwiches ,2 bowls of soup one lemonade and a coffee. I had the new chicken sandwich and the... macaroni cheese and broccoli soup. Had a okay taste but was cold not warm but cold. Chicken sandwiche just okay as well. Wife'ssandwich was good her tomato soup was hot. Not worth no $40. Read more
It was another Panera. The consistency of my Turkey Chili was a bit odd.
I enjoy the breakfast quiche. Staff is pleasant. Store was neat and clean

I?ve been a customer for years but I just realized that they don?t wash the lettuce and the vegetables that are being used. I... ordered a salad and with the dressing on top I haven?t realized yet, but as soon as I got to bottom of the plate, I tasted dirt.Literally DIRT. I went to manger to make them aware of this, and she started arguing with me that nobody else complained aboutit, that it is true that the lettuce have not being washed since it?s ?pre-washed? from the factory, which I believe it?s beendone by a machine, and it would be understandable if, done it in huge quantities, some dirt can still be present in the bagsthey deliver. Anyway, I wasn?t asking for a refund or anything, but it?s the rudeness of the lady behind that cashier, that wasawful. I?ve been eating dirt for lunch, and not even an apology, just arguing that nobody has ever complained about it.Honestly, I prefer the one in boardman. Went to Panera in Canfield on Sunday. I got the you pick two with the Greek salad + chicken and the broccoli cheddar soup. As I... took a couple bites from my salad I looked down and realized there was a dried fly on one of my lettuce pieces. I am absolutelydisgusted on what I saw.
