Ordered a pizza at 4:40 and at 5:30 I called the store to see where it was and was told it hasn't left the store yet. Said the... delivery driver was on his way back and he would get it to me as soon as he got back I didnt rec the pizza till 6:30 I willnever order from canfield again. absolutely rediculous, gave an eta of 25-35 mins. Nealry an hr and. a half, no one contacted me, so i finally called and they... claim they xant find my house, lit up exterior post light and porch light. Everyone else can find my house no problem, i live onthe corner and yold them that. they ended up going back to the pizza hut with my order and then called me to see if i wanted tocome get it after it was cold.... i will never purchase anything through this location. Absolutely will never recommend this place, they are rude and need to have management down retrained with customer service... skills. The girl taking the order got an attitude for no reason and when I asked to speak with the manager she refused to letme. Once the manager got on the phone she immediately had an attitude herself. I asked if I could kindly be met with messaggression as I had others who heard the entire conversation. She said I was standing right here the whole time... and you letthe employee act inappropriately? Way to represent your company ??????????? Read more
Tragic place. I grew up loving Pizza Hut so much but this location is the worst. I wasted $30 for the last time there tonight.... There was almost no cheese on the pizza?? There was no seasoning or anything on the breadsticks?? It was all just a lazyworker I'm sure. I still had to cook because no one in my family enjoyed the food. Waste of time, money, energy. They have good food but it's not the greatest their slogan is nobody out pizzas the hut but Papa Johns is the greatest pizza... place of all. Still Pizza hut has fairly favorable food and the employees are pretty nice. Read more
The Canfield Ohio Pizza Hut is simply amazing. I live out of town and will order food for my parents and every single time my... Mom tells me how delicious it is! I love the fact that I can send them food and have it delivered. They are elderly and get soexcited. Drivers are always super friendly and there are always great specials!
