I was having a rough day and Brooklyn made my day so much better. Such a sweet soul, lovely lovely workers at this Sheetz.
I was just in your store at 10:34 p.m. and I'm confused and frustrated as to why the young girl working the cash register... refused to microwave your blounts family kitchen pasta dinners that are sold in the refrigerated to go cases. I bought them manytim and had them microwave them and tonight before paying I asked the incompetent unfriendly girl if she could heat it up forme and she was apparently not having a good evening, and after telling me no they don't have a microwave in the store I said Msdon't you at least have an employee break room you could do me a salad and heat up by $6 meal I'm buying and which she ignoredme. I understand the fact she doesn't want to go above and beyond her hourly pay but it was pretty ignorant the way she treatedme after being so kind to her. Read more

If I could rate at 0 . I would. Never had an issue ever. Except for tonight, and normally I'm not a Karen, but jeeze.. I'll be... Karen tonight.. Wana talk about extremely rude lady staff and such poor customer service!!! Your cashier threatened that " wedon't want too see her become ignorant" what the freak is that about?! Tonight our wait time was 33 minutes. 33 minutes, as wewatched customers come and go that had arrived well after us with larger orders and they ordered food. Your place of businesswas not busy.. I'm sorry I work in customer service and I completely understand being under pressure, as well as I took inconsideration that were only 3 workers working .. so.... At 12:28 am we order a milkshake and a smoothie. THATS IT. We stoodpatiently untill we realized it was 1258 still no drinks . We approached the cashier , said we wanted a refund we couldn't waitany longer.. she refused my receipt . She printed one. Came back around and literally slammed a 10 bill which did not cover theentire purchase and walked away. Ignoring the fact she shorted us. As she continues too ignore us as people are lining up behindus. Then does she come back and give us the rest . Very disrespectful Update : Sheetz!! I do apologize!! Twice I've ordered tacos here. No freaking meat in them. Last time only 1 had no meat. This time none of them do. Never again... eat here! Read more
2 out of 3 "made to order" were refrigerated cold, literally cold in the middle and room temperature on the outside the cheese... didn't even melt. Cold brew tastes like there's wine in it. It's 2020 and people still can't microwave food right, it's good tohave fun at work but Jesus Christ, have some dignity when you make food, if they don't pay you enough to care then find anotherjob. First time I tried the pick up order an it went super well, very quick. Giving 3 stars because the waffle Nashville chicken... sandwich, the waffle was way smaller than the chicken which isn't to bad. Looks like the waffle got hit with a shrinking raygun.. But the picture on the app compared to what you get.. Don't get your hopes up on that sandwich. 1 out of 5 on thesandwich. Got 3 milkshakes that were delicious but without straws. Could have easily put them in my bag with the sandwich. Wayto earn yourself another 3 out of 5 stars scheetz. High prices for mediocre food. Read more
