This place is joke. They are so poorly managed and are constantly out of ingredients for key menu items. I have gotten stuck... in the drive through lane numerous times only to learn they are out of oat milk. How does this happen so frequently especiallywith Giant Eagle and Meijer each within 2 miles! This Starbucks is nice friendly staff and they never mess up my drink
Iced coffee served without ice. Tasted like it had been sitting out for an hour or two. My other experiences here have been okay... but this location seems to lack consistency. A bit ridiculous if you're charging $6 per cup. Read more

I just stopped by to have some beans ground and grab an iced chai latte. I had one of the most pleasant experiences I?ve ever... had with the Canfield location which I usually visit when it is crazy busy during peak. Anthony took care of me at the registerand wore a smile the whole time while speaking with me and the next guest after me. I didn?t see the woman?s name who was ondrive through, but she was equally kind and made sure to acknowledge that she noticed me there when she thought that Anthony hadnot yet taken care of me (but he was almost done grinding that aforementioned coffee). Always a great experience here. The staff is friendly and welcoming while executing orders perfectly. Their diligence in... customer service is much appreciated and it's a nice place to study with a small group or catch up with friends. It can however,become crowded and loud at times. Read more
