I am a regular here and will keep coming back, buffet, drinks, and food in general are good. I operate the Town N Country motel... which is 1/2 block south of the Hawks Nest, if anyone needs a place to crash look me up, this bar and my motel pair welltogether since it?s walking distance. Read more
First time here today!!!! Let's just say the staff was super nice! I felt like I was treated like family!!!! There food was also... really good! We had their buffet and bottles mamosas! I just want to say thank you for having this place! I will definitely becoming again and recommending it to others! Read more
Pizza was old, & cold dough was raw really salty. Chicken over cooked dry flavorless. Salad bar was lettuce & cottage... cheese Leftover pineapple chunks. No ice tea. Wouldn't put new or fresh food out. Definitely not what is advertised on thewebsite. Could have stopped at a gas station got better old pizza. I drove 42 miles for that! Pretty good food at an inexpensive price. Kinda busy considering how small the town is. Then again this appears to be the only... place to eat in town. Great service. They have a buffet on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday which i will probably check outtonight. It's Tuesday so thats fish and shrimp! Wednesday is pizza!! Thursday is chicken and shrimp I believe. Oh, and there'sa small bar in the back. Sign says $20 for all you can drink Busch Light. Read more
The Thursday evening fish & shrimp buffet is a must and I would not have missed the last 2 weeks if it could have been... avoided. I hope my luck turns around and I can be there this week and the following weeks. Well worth the 30 mile drive. I brought my Dad here for lunch and he said he had the best burger he's ever had. I have to agree the food and service here is... awesome. And the prices are good. The Sunday brunch buffet is a must! Read more
