You pay $7 to upsize the fries to largeand it's really only 3 more fries from medium.....

So disappointed with the experience at this Dairy Queen. My kids love the cone that is included with the kids meal and pride... themselves on going to the counter and ordering for themselves. Dairy Queen Canmore charging $4.49 for a small dipped cone is outrageous. Must be the highest in Canada and a deep gouging of... anyone forced to lineup there because McDonalds closes at 8pm. Embarrassing that Canadian companies get away with this pricegouging. Read more

Hit the drive thru here today because we were going from northern alberta to vernon bc. After such a long drive just want to... keep going.....butended up having to turn around and come back after hitting the highway because they forgot items from ourorder. Very frustrating. On the positive side - the food we did have was nice and hot and well prepared. We will give themanother shot in the future....everyone makes a mistake sometimes. Read more

I was so disappointed by my experience today at DQ. One of the staff members, Dennis, could not maintain any professionalism. He... was making replulsice faces at a paying customer once the customer turned around and went back to his table. Im assuming it'sbecause he had a problem with the clients race or physique. STAY AWAY ! CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE ! We have been to many DQ's , but this one is by far one of the worst ones. On a 6 chicken... strips and fries that we payed over 12$ we got 18 fries , YES 18 fries . The strips where very small , like very small . Wehave been to a lot of DQ locations and never even had this issue with how much food a portion has, but DQ should look intowhomever owns this and see if they respect the francise rules ! #DQ #DairyQueen Read more
