Order submitted online at 6:31pm per PizzaHut email confirmation with an expected delivery of 7:04pm. 6:35pm pizza in oven. ... 6:39pm pizza on it's way with an updated expected delivery time of 6:55. Notification of delivery 6:52pm. At 7:22pm still nopizza and called the store on repeat 10+ times until someone finally answered and said the order was on its way. We inquiredabout the delivery notification 30-mins earlier and were told they MAY have accidentally hit a wrong button. This store isclearly keeping corporate happy over their customers. We would have happily waited for our order had the store been truthfuland upfront with expectations. Such a shame. As local residents we won't be ordering from here again. We cancelled our orderover the phone and the driver showed up 5-mins later. We advised him of our cancellation, he apologized and left with the pies. Will see how quickly they refund our online credit card payment...stay tuned.... Read more

super gross and disgusting. honestly this restaurant has to be one of the top worst restaurants in canmore, heck even Alberta.... they don?t do small pizzas, only personal, medium or large. oh and personal must be made on gluten free crust which makes itcost $17.99. lmao no thank you. that?s a little bit excessive. service i?m actually sitting in the main area waiting to even beacknowledged. this is a horrible place, so do not even think about giving yourself the headache of showing up or calling orordering online. it?s really not worth it. 1 hour and 22 minutes to deliver a pizza on Monday? I called to see what might be the hold up and no answer. Delivery guy... grabbed our cash payment and left with the receipt. I'm happy to tip, but under my own choosing. A "regular" Caesar salad was$5.99 and NOT shareable. I've never been so disappointed by any delivery dinner. Edit: a manager got in touch with us andoffered to provide us with a complimentary dinner to apologize. Well you?re only as good as the last pizza you make for your customers. I have had a few pizzas from here and honestly the... majority of them have been great, nice crust crispy and well cooked but last going was quite the opposite with undercooked crustand doughy which is a horrible texture in my mouth for sure. The first time it happened I gave the pizza to my friend who cookedit fully in his home and Pizza Hut replaced my pizza with a well cooked replacement the next day free of charge. Later onanother pizza I ordered came the same way and I took pictures of the crust showing the center of the pizza obviously undercookedso I was trying to help discover how this was happening but this time they refused to take responsibility for the problem butagreed to cook another which was again undercooked but not as badly as the one it replaced so at that time I decided to stopordering from them any longer. I can say that they still have the problem and I think it?s the time of day and a cooler thanshould be oven at that time (lunch time) but in spite of trying to get to the bottom of the problem they just want to tell methe problem is me.
