Went there the other night and got two ice cream cones for $14. The black Cherry ice cream was more ice than cream. The man... behind the counter was very rude and already saying ?next order? before even scooping mine. He also didn?t know what theflavours were since they just got new flavors in, so the tags were wrong. He then just took off his apron and walked out thedoor mid service and left it to the other person to handle everything. Giving it two stars because the other employee picked upthe slack. Read more
I took my family here yesterday and had the best experience. Wonderful to finally find somewhere with classic flavours like... liquorice combined with modern flavours for the kiddos! Our server Kim was very busy but took the time to talk to us about ourvacation and talk us through our options. Definitely a must-visit when in Canmore! Thanks guys! Read more
Ice cream was more ice than cream. They were missing labels for the ice cream so we had to slow down the line because we didn?t... know what some of the flavours were. It was on a busy long weekend so it?s understandable that they were out of some flavoursbut the ice cream was just okay. Read more

The single ice cream is huge and they give you a large cup. They don?t have small cup sizes. Not many flavors. Taste is average.... Staff are efficient but not welcoming. Read more
Shout out to the staff who took such good care of our daughters today while they were out on their bikes and searching for ice... cream. They were so great in relation to my daughters nut allergy and when one ice cream scoop fell on the floor my youngestwent back in to buy another one and they replaced it for them for free. Went here to try out the ice cream. I got 2 scoops of ice and was charged $12. Asked why the board says $8.50 for two scoops and... I got charged more. Answer was specific to flavors chosen. It doesn't specify that on the board. Save your money and goelsewhere. Read more
