Absolutely worst timmies interaction ever. First of there was 4 workers and no one was working till for 5 minutes after serving... ONE person. Mind you there?s 20+ people in line. One of the workers dropped a full stack of cups onto the floor and put it backinto the holder to be used. Disgusting. The manager was a rude spineless inconsiderate man who talked down to everyone includingmyself. I stood in the middle of the 2 lines since I was next and they had no pattern of which side they were going to servenext. The manager asked if I have been helped yet I said no. He proceeded to tell me how lines work as if I was a toddler. Iexplained to him there was no organization as to how their lines work. He scoffed and took my order. Horrible. Read more

I can?t believe this place doesn?t have a higher rating - I?m not sure if everything in Canada is held to a heavenly standard,... but in the US, Tim Horton?s in general and this location specifically would have 6/5 stars. The service was fast and friendly,the place was clean and beautiful, the food was strangely delicious (I was expecting Dunkin Donuts-tier microwave food), and theprices were great. Service was Good. Being forced to use an app to get my points was a pain in the butt! They kept sending me emails saying if I... didnt use some of my 920 points soon, they would be taking them away. So I go in and buy 4 coffee to use some points. Apparentlyyou can only use points for 1 product. Thats 1 coffee. Stupidest thing ever. Im going to try and use up my points on the mostexpensive item on the menu. And then go to McDonalds for my coffee for ever more!!! Read more
