Lady working there this morning was beyond rude.... when I approached the counter she asked if I wanted food or just a coffee,... when I stated I was getting a sandwich she rolled her eyes and said she had to go outside first to put her cigarette out... Ihad her serve me several months ago and it was a very similar experience. I will never be returning to this location and it?s ashame as I live close by. Read more

Well here we go. The gentleman, Jay, is a great guy who works at the ultramar. Unfortunately he gets all the flack regarding... the woman who works at the country style. She is extremely rude. This morning my husband went to country style to buy coffeefor us and our guests, so 4 coffees, and she said to my husband ?why are you buying so many coffees?? Not her business so myhusband replied ?because there is 4 of us who want coffee.? She then turned to the line up and said ?you are all going to haveto wait, he drank all the coffee? what a great way to start our day. Very inappropriate for a customer service job. Went in and ordered 1 large coffee 2 cream double cupped and a medium black coffee with 1/2 a sugar double cupped and a large... French vanilla cappuccino and a muffin. She got 2 things out of the order right. The 2 coffee's were wrong. She was also alittle rude when I was placing my order. If she's working again, I will walk back out and wait until I get to either Lindsay orOshawa to get a drink. Read more
