The biggest issue is that the hours posted on door aren't always correct. The drive through will be open but the lobby is closed... with no sign stating why, or when it will reopen. There are times the restaurant will be closed on any random weekday with not asign posted. Food is ok, staff is nice. Oh, and the phone # listed doesn't work. Read more

Very fast and friendly service, however they don't exactly follow exact advertisements as shown on the burger king app. For... example. The 2 for 5 mix and match Is supposed to allow the customer to pick between 3 sandwiches but for some reason they makeyou choose 1 sandwich with chicken fries. I dont like chicken fries. Literally the worst fast food establishment in the country, on a military installation or otherwise. Always out of stock of... things, 5 for 5 on incorrect orders. Sodas taste like moldy plastic. Can't wait for Popeyes on base, here's to hoping it's atleast slightly better. Read more

I would have given this store a 1-2 star rating at one point due to them closing early, not being open on the weekends, times... where I ordered two items and only got one, and the one time I got food poisoning eating here... But they're alright now.Definite improvement. I'm still not sure if they're opening late and closing early on Saturdays (and occasionally Fridays) likethey used to, but they are still closed on Sundays, which is understandable (but a croissan'wich would slap on a lazy Sundaymorning). The food quality has consistently been on par with any other decent Burger King, and it's honestly pretty quick to getthrough their line. The employees are nice. Cool. However, 1 - Not enough people to run the drive through during lunch so a yellow barrel is placed... in the way to show it's closed. 2 - Only ONE order at a time at the drive through, when it's open of course. 3 - Orders arewrong roughly 30% of the time, for me. Not putting Mayo on a burger when the screen says no mayo makes me think the cooks zoneout hard. Been here over 5 years and I finally decided to rate them. Read more
