Ordered my pizza at 18:13, was notified that the driver was on their way at 18:35. Driver drove one street over then I watched... the driver go to 3 other houses then back to domino's. Now my order says delivered at 18:52 but the delivery driver never cameback. I understand if you are understaffed. You have our cell phone number so shoot us a call or text so we can understandwhat's going. Like, am I getting my $32 worth of food? Or you guys just going to lie and say it was delivered and keep the tip?Little bit of communication would have kept me from leaving a poor review. But just for an update it's now 19:20 and the manageror supervisor said he watched the delivery driver grab it so he knows it's on the way. I'm glad that my pizza was out of theoven and sitting on the heating rack for 45 minutes and will now be delivered to me, nothing like a rock hard crusty or soggypizza. I guess from now I'll be going in the store to pick up instead of expecting a delivery that seemingly never arrives. Iwill order from here again and if I get better service next time I will gladly update my review, who knows might just be havinga rough night. Honestly this dominoes has provided food to me many times in the past and i almost never had an issue. So i hate writing a bad... review but i ordered food 45 minutes before closing, even left a 35% tip and they made me wait for 35 minutes before cancelingmy order. Thanks dominos. Read more
If you order from here DONT LEAVE A TIP. I ordered at 11:50 1 HOUR before close. I put a tip and everything. They cancelled the... order and wouldn't answer the phone. I have always left a tip. But never again. I wish I could just pack up and leave the flightline an hour early because I don't wanna work. Ridiculous. Read more
These people are fantastic. I called from Texas and asked them to deliver a pizza to my granddaughter. I also asked if they... would write happy birthday on the box. They did a great job!!! EDIT (5/21/21): I think they've been changing their staff out, because I have had nothing but polite deliveries and pick-ups... since I started ordering from them again. The quality of the food is still alright, and deliveries generally go smoothly. I'dsay they deserve to go up to three stars, as opposed to the one star I gave originally. Original: I'll start by saying the foodhere has always been of fair quality, I've never gotten the wrong order, and they're quick to call you if anything's wrong. ...However, I've had a delivery guy threaten to report me to the commander for ordering towards the end of business hours, eventhough the delivery was still on-time and during business hours. My job on this base is food services. There isn't a policy thatallows a food place to report people for expecting food towards the end of business hours, so I'm glad to know that Domino'stolerates threatening their customers. Also, they've left the food at my door without knocking or anything multiple times, so ifcold pizza is your guilty pleasure, then this place is for you. Read more
So...the dominos i order from closes at 1 on fridays, and I work nights shift so naturally I'm up and hungry at night. So at... 12:30 in the morning I placed an order for food and that went well, they received the order, made the order and told me theywere on their way within about 15 minutes. So the whole order was done and supposedly on its way still within business hours. Ilive 10 minutes away from this location so I should've actually had the order in my hands also within business hours. Deliverydriver gets to my house in 25 minutes...thats why he had to stay after hours. And then he gets here and has the audacity to sayand I quote "please refrain from ordering right before we close or we will give you the wrong order on purpose". Like not onlydid you complain about doing your job, but you threatened to not do it in the future because you felt inconvenienced. The food was delicious and the cashier was friendly. Unfortunately, I ended up in the ER with an allergic reaction a few hours... later. I'm very careful to ensure I stay away from these allergens, so I don't have a reaction, but soon my face was swollen.It was determined that when my pizza was being prepared, the guy had touched a food item I'm allergic to and didn't wash hishands in between preparations. Please stress the importance of either changing gloves or washing hands in between preparationsbecause cross contamination can be very dangerous for people with food allergies. Read more
