Having taken a number of these classes, I was completely blown away by the depth and the intensity of this class. Bobchallenged a number of conventional cooking myths but was careful to explain why. One of the most delicious meals I’ve EVER had on the Oregon coast!! Amazing atmosphere, fun people and terrific learnings... from the cooking time. LOTS of food, you won’t go away hungry, but you also may leave with an amazing box of ingredients tobe transformed into a brunch at home the next day!! This chef is incredible! His pairings were daring yet spot on! I could taste each ingredient and appreciate their marriage in... each dish. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and his sincerity really comes through in his storytelling. I will eatthis guy's food every chance I ever get!
