My fiance and I try and take a cooking class when we travel to study the local cuisine and continuously brush up on our culinary... skills. Having taken a number of these classes, I was completely blown away by the depth and the intensity of this class. Bobchallenged a number of conventional cooking myths but was careful to explain why. One of the most delicious meals I’ve EVER had on the Oregon coast!! Amazing atmosphere, fun people and terrific learnings... from the cooking time. LOTS of food, you won’t go away hungry, but you also may leave with an amazing box of ingredients tobe transformed into a brunch at home the next day!! This chef is incredible! His pairings were daring yet spot on! I could taste each ingredient and appreciate their marriage in... each dish. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and his sincerity really comes through in his storytelling. I will eatthis guy's food every chance I ever get! WE LOVED IT! Suggested by our hotel reception, we were lucky to get reservations at the last minute. TBH I was a bit worried... that we were committing to a 3 hour dinner but sooo happy we did it. The time flew, the food was amazing, and the interactionand learning with and from Bob and Lenore was well worth it... time flew! We can't wait to bring Mom and Dad sometime in thefuture. Definitely get reservations early and come hungry and ready to have some fun and eat some truly superb food! Read more
