It's a McDonald's... the food is mad produced to be the same everywhere. But the people are great! Friendly service everytime.

We stopped by for drinks on a road trip from Winona to the Twin Cities and found a McDonald's in need of better... management. While fresh McDonald's coffee is famously piping hot, my coffee was barely warm. The counter near the registers wasdirty with old drink spills and bits of fries (see photo), and my young son wouldn't use the bathroom due to unflushed toiletsthat were attracting flies. There's a help wanted sign, so it may be understaffed...but it wasn't busy when we stopped there onan uneventful Monday night. Read more
I rarely ever leave bad reviews but the way the women at the window acted as soon as we pulled up to the speaker to order was... very uncalled for. Said ?hello? yelling then when we asked to do two separate orders she said ?um okay?? we drove off instantlythere was no reason for the attitude. Read more
Our server was cheery and friendly, pickles were in a pile and had to re-arange them but it was good after. the bun was good and... for everything being as cheap as possible it was decent. No fries in the bottom of the bag, they were hot and crispy and almostcreamy. Read more
Food was cold and fries must had been sitting for quite some time because they where so mushy. We only received part of our... order but could not turn around because we had kids baseball to get to. I will not be returning to this location personally. Iwould recommend just crossing the bridge to Culver's in all honesty. Read more
First, this is no longer fast food. It takes longer to order from the kiosk than it ever did with cashiers. Then, the option... lists are incomplete and at some times chaotic, and confusing. We asked for bbq sauce and had to go back to ask again and gotexcuse for it not being in the bag. I asked for it after I already had my food, not before. Kiosks are a poor excuse for serviceor speed. The fries they serve taste like it?s been sitting out all day. Yesterday was my last day ordering from here they gave us 3... quarter pounders that was super undone and when I called the manager knew the exact order I was talking about like they did iton purpose. This McDonald?s need new management and employees who will kindly serve to all race and not just theirs. Read more
