I ordered the chicken tenders. They were disgusting! It seemed like they had been cooked days before and just left out. They... were rubbery and lukewarm. Also, if the combo prices shown are for a SMALL combo, the upcharge prices should be disclosed priorto being charged. Read more

No All star but it's still on the menu and when I ask what happened they can't even respond and I've got the three stooges... talking to me in the drive thru all can't hear me all the sudden. Good tactic to not have any customers late at night. Then Ifinally got some food and what do you know the burger and the fries were almost wet with grease, or something. Read more
I love Carl's Jr. But this particular one has dumb employees sorry to say that but they do not know how to do there job well... they always get my orders wrong and have trouble understanding English. This is a subjective review. Read more
It's one of the worst Carl's Jr's I have ever been to. Ordering took 15 MINUTES. Rude service. I had to ask for napkins and... received 2, Place is dirty. Food was mediocre. Just look at how nasty the fries were... Carl's, what are you doing? Shut thisplace down. Read more
Horrible experience. And I?m not one to complain but this location sucks. Every time i get the Oreo shakes here they always... skimp me and it?s always really water and melted not good at all and plus the people who work there are not very accommodatingand claimed that the shakes are ?premade? as to where other locations I?ve watched them make the shake in front of my eyes andthey shouldn?t be premade it should be freshly made especially since it?s supposed to be fresh like come on. Staff here are amazing! I had an amazing experience as workers were very considerate, thoughtful, and ready to serve at any... moment. I've been to this carl in the past and it has really improved since then. The building does look pretty beat up thoughand needs more modernization but other then that staff, food, and the decorations of Christmas are amazing! I'd like to givespecial thanks to the cashier, Maria, and the girl in the kitchen for doing more than they get payed for. Read more
