If I could give negative stars I would. This is thee single worst Carl's Jr in the San Fernando Valley. The employees are rude... as all get out. Especially in the morning. My husband went to get us breakfast. They open at 6am. At 6:05 the door was stilllocked. They were letting employees in and just sat and looked at my husband as he stood there. The employees were all behindthe counter laughing and talking but couldn't let a customer in? That's one experience. Another time I went to get food. Iordered and asked for the code to the bathroom and was told flat out I wasn't allowed to use it. I was shocked. I literallyturned around, canceled my order and walked out. They are losing good customers based on horrible customer service. Don't standaround and gab when it's time to work. Vicky the manager evidently isn't fit to work at this establishment. She is rude andpartakes in their conversations while customers wait and when told about it just gave a blank look and walked away. Read more
They have this coupons that comes in your mail, when you come to use them, you're only allowed to use one coupon in your... purchase. Better than nothing I guess. Read more
Buyer beware, if you make a purchase on your card and their machines happen to freeze afterwards, they will try to blame you for... somehow causing the mechanical issue. Pleasantly content today I came to Carl's Jr and experienced one of the best customer service attendance that I received in any... of my fast food restaurants. We got a good service. Warm food and tasty a nice place to go. There were 3 customers on the whole restaurant. Enjoy the pics.
Pablo was great! Happy attitude. And energetic. He was quick and efficient. We will be back.
