I'm torn between a 3 and a 4 star rating. The variety is awesome but my presentation to go and the freshness is not what I... expected by the price. The Omakase sushi combination had a great variety but the brightness and freshness I expected wasnot. Now the Lemontail roll is a 5 star for me! To be brief, this was amazing.. I have very high standards when it comes to dining out and especially with sushi. Catch Me... Sushi is offically my new sushi spot!! Fantastic experience here! Very very fresh fish! Properly cut, not too big or toosmall. I called ahead and asked if they offered Omakase (chefs choice) where they bring out plate after plate without me havingto order. They offer it for sushi and sashimi, both fantastic. The chef dresses the fish wonderfully with appropriate sauces andtopping so there was no need to dip most of the cuts served. While on the phone, they offered to reserve me a table which wasmade me feel important. With the hot weather I was concerned about eating raw fish but everything was cold and highquality. Sister ordered two cut rolls that tasted great and were proportional, not all rice like some places. I had 10different plates ranging in all different cuts of fish, each uniquely prepared and truly balanced. They don't have beer BUT theydirected me to a local liquor store so I could have a Sapporo with my meal. Didn't have a cold glass so they brought a bucket ofice out to chill my glass before I poured my beer! Claudia and Andrina provided wonderful service! Can't thank them enough! Gotan Edamame appetizer on the house since they're trying to bring in more business which was very nice. Before my last plate Itold my server Claudia that I wanted to "go out with a bang" and they definitely delivered. The chef himself came out to presentmy last dish with was plated beautifully with the best Tamago I've ever had! Almost like they could read my mind, I reallyenjoyed my last dish, but it did not give me that end of my meal feeling. I ordered through Yelp/Grubhub and the food was ready during the estimated time. They take the time to write the name of the... roll on the container which helps if it's yout first time to keep track of what you may want to order again. The mussels were sogood! My favorite rolls were Lemontail and Salmom Fusion. The yellowtail sashimi was exquisite. I highly recommend it! Read more
