Extremely unorganized I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up they said they don't have my order and made me... place it again and pay for it again after speaking with a manager they simply said it must not have gone through and they spentmore time arguing with me than simply looking for the order or making it. I lost my entire lunch break simply explaining to themthat I placed an order through the app. Will never go here again they were unhelpful and don't care that the app charged mealready Read more

Was given the incorrect salad I ordered after waiting 20 minutes. Tried calling twice to get it taken care of and nobody will... get back to me. After an hour with no contact I drove back to the store & the manager on duty did correct it by giving me what Iordered (but still included tomatoes when asked not to so not fully correct?) but she didn?t apologize or even offer a waterwhile I waited for their mistake in triple digit weather? I?ve tried to give this chick Fila a chance on a couple occasions...but no! The food is not prepared with quality like other... locations and the inside could be cleaner and more presentable! Ugh? I had a issue with my breakfast order not edible at all! Idrove back to return the items and requested a refund from the manager on duty Max. He first gave me a partial refund and said ?I was gonna give a cookie? umm.. I don?t want a cookie! I want a full refund , a apology for wasting my time and the Chick-fil-Astandard (my pleasure ????) save your self the disappointment and visit another location! I go to chik fil a lot and returned to this location since moving to Simi and it was very sub par. Flat coke, overcooked fries,... dry chicken, stale bun, and wilted lettuce. No thanks. Read more
chick-fil-a is always great but this one is even better, very clean and friendly workers of course. one of my favorite parts is... how they come up to you and get you refills without even asking. they always respond with "my pleasure" and the overallatmosphere is very welcoming. Compared to other fast food joints it is a place luxury, no cheap dirty tables, and it's kept veryclean ???? Read more
I went to this location order 3 chicken deluxe sandwich and they gave me the regular spacy, I came back to the location and... they charge me the diferente for the lettuce and cheese, for the 3 sandwich they put lettuce and lettuce on the side when I wasat home I realized there were only 2 sandwiches and I was called to the store no ones answered and I'm far now.
