I come here all the time due to the fact that I work right next to it every morning I come for my black iced coffee and it?s... usually the same people working there this one older lady one time rudely snatched sugar from my hand when I told her that Iasked for sweetener and not sugar today?s the second day except today I decided to talk to her in Spanish I asked her for syrupketchup sweetener and creamer I know it?s the morning and it?s a lot to ask I feel like they make me feel like it is? Today Ispoke to her in Spanish and I told her I don?t think you heard me ma?am I asked for this and this cause I was still missingketchup and she gave me sugar again instead of sweetener again to grab the sugar out of my head and I try to not make contactwith her skin at all because she purposely does it with because she?s upset she even put her hand in my face and said look Ididn?t hear you you did not say that. When I know for a fact that I didn?t that she just did not hear me?. I don?t believe sheshould be working if she?s going to be having attitude with people I know I?m not the only one who comes in to businessesexpecting to be served and people are not wanting to serve happily and so they give you like a really bad vibes and that energythose people in my opinion just shouldn?t be working or should you know have some kind of realization of how they?re being sothat they can change I pray for the all workers? I like going to this location Jack in the Box. The service is great and the place is clean. One thing is concerning me that is... homeless are always messing with the restrooms. Hopefully the owner and management will be able to deny the access for those. Read more
Very disappointed in this place right now, we get food from here a lot tonight we got croissants they gave me 1 no cheese and ... all of them was to have cheese. The eggs were brown as you see in the picture below and the meat was very salty tonight. Theyhad no tortillas for any kind of burritos. the wrapper was wet from Grease off of the meat. Deliberately got my order wrong after repeating it back to me several times. This was suppose to be a grilled spur dough. It... taste like I was eating regular soft, Jon crispy bread. Customer service wore a grimace when I approached the counter to ask foran actual sweet cream coffee. I was given regular coffee twice, after being apologized to about that. I realized there wasn'tany sweetness to the coffee. So for her entertainment she replaced my bitter coffee for an even bitter coffee. I wish peoplehad the ability to see beyond color. What is wrong with your drive thru speaker? You clearly can't get a order right so maybe it's time to replace it .
