The food was ok....please let me tell you, I ordered a $10 chicken burger but the presentation was not nice, a little bit of... lettuce (taco lettuce) and the tomatoes were the cherry ones!!! Just two slices!!! Really!!! The presentation was not nice! Iwas so disappointed just to see it, the whole store was beautiful, bathrooms very clean and customer service nice but chickenburger not ok. I placed a mobile order at this location and they kept telling me they don?t have my order even though I placed the order at... that correct location and gave them the correct code. No offer to get me my food or anything. Just told to go back around atorder again which would cost more time which you already took taking 3 peoples orders in the lane next to me before even askingme about my order. Newly remodeled with keyosk service, I'm not a fan of this but at least the order was correct. They removed the self service... drink system which I an not a fan of but at least it keeps the homeless and other thieves from stealing drinks. I guess it'sthe way of the future, probably be all automated robots in the next few years and employees will just be food loaders andjanitorial servicers. Read more
This McDonald's is extremely clean, professional, and well run. The food is made perfectly with attention to detail. The Wi-Fi... is good. My daughter loves the playground. I came here for a coffee this morning and ran into an error with the app, and boththe staff and manager resolved it with kindness and care. Read more
Of course, good packaging shows respect for the customer and that you value the money the customer paid, but this is a different... matter. This is a big order. When a customers spends about $44 at McDonald's, they expects at least respect and properpackaging. instead of fighting with your untrained staff for a plastic bag. Especially the girl who was at the delivery windowat that time ( September 10 , 1:00 am) was extremely rude and untrained. Throws the new bag at the customer instead of takingthe package back and repacking it properly. They just want to get rid of the customer. If you do not respect the customer, thecustomer will not respect your business. because of other reviews, I think you don't care, it's ok, good luck with yourbusiness. Read more
Locations just opened so maybe they will figure it out. But today I waited in line for about 10 minutes before getting to window... then being told my whole order needed to be changed due to them applying tow deals on accident. I then was not allowed to usemy deal because of the time limit on the app. This shopping area is filled with good choices and you?re better off gettingsomething from anywhere else.
