The food here is perfect, best platters we?ve had in a long time. The food is always fresh, which helps a lot. Usually pretty... busy but the service is fast. They are known for their chicken, lamb, & mixed (the top selling) platters. Very affordable mealand as well. They also have self service kiosks which are easy to use. What else can you really ask for. The minute I walked inthrough the door Hafiz was very attentive and made sure I was being taken care of very efficiently. First of all, customer service was amazing. I don't know the name of the young man taking our order, but he eminated kindness... and just made the over all experience so much better. Thank you! Food: We ordered the fish with rice and salad. The fish wasvery thin, but had a nice crispy batter. The salad was simple, but fresh. The rice was fragrant and the best part of the meal.All in all, it was a solid meal, nicely seasoned with a good portion size. Although we decided to get takeout, the interior isvery clean and fun. Delicious food and incredible customer service. As soon as you walk in, the energy of the crew is presented. Greeted with a big... hello. I had a lot of questions about the different options and sauces. The person taking the orders and he was able to tell meall about the options available. I asked to speak with the owners. Sam came out and what a great guy. Yep, he is the reasonfor the welcoming atmosphere and great food. Please look at my photo. Sam in on the right. New York chicken and Gyro takes partin many community events. Good to see this positive energy during these very challenging times. The food: I ordered thechicken and lamb gyro with fires. I don?t know when the last time I had a freshly hot pita. The bread was fluffy with a softinterior and crispy exterior. The chicken and lamb combo are delightful. To top it off I was recommended the white sauce andhot sauce. Look at my photo. I have never had a sauce like it. Very yummy.. I did read the it was a sauce made in New Yorkthat is very popular. The atmosphere: Open till 2AM and the walls are decorated with nostalgia from New York. Two large screenTVs were on with sports. The seating area was very clean and condiments available. Once you get past the not so great parking lot, you step inside to so much yummy goodness. I ordered the chicken gyro combo... which comes with fries and a canned soda or bottled water. I loved all the spices inside although it was spicier than I usuallyorder, I still love it. The pita bread was so warm and soft and I loved every single sauce they gave me. The staff was veryfriendly and there is plenty of tables inside to eat and social distance. Read more
First but not last time coming here. The food was excellent. We ordered a few chicken and lamb mixed platters, the cheeseburger... combo and gyro. There were zero complaints.
