Well, not sure what all the bad reviews are for. This place has always been good to me. Never had the wait issues like others... have stated. We do online app ordering. One time a young girl looked miserable, but do you blame her? Underpaid and over workedI'm sure. Last time, I ordered a large and the guy gave me a XL upgrade for free. Maybe he made it by mistake, but works for us.We are out of delivery range, so can't comment on that. Ppl complaining about peppers and cheese charges, most places are doingthat now and it's ten cents or 25 cents. If u can't afford that, maybe ????? and ???? aren't for u. Last pick up, they offeredme some for free. I declined bc no need to take when I have bottles at home. The spicy garlic sauce is to die for and whenordering extra, they made sure my sauces were in the box. I should note, I tip on my pickup orders. Not sure if that hasanything to do w/ it. I ordered an hour in advance and still 30 minutes late . Called them said on the way but still waiting for them. Never did papa... John's for a long time. Now I think I remember why. Never on time I don't even know if they got the order right yet. This wasfor work gathering now we all are unhappy. Read more
It doesn't matter when you put your order, any time you get there, answer is same 15-20 min, also the guy who is on register is... really unprofessional. It's ok there are a lot of pizza store around. Have fun. Read more
If you wanna learn how to be rude and unprofessional deal with this store Natalie the store manager, they sent me a burnt pizza... before and when i called them they said will replace it for but give the burnt one to the driver but after I received thereplacement it was a wring pizza called them and they said we wont do anything about and kept insisting that its not wrong,although it wasn?t the one I ordered. Few weeks later tried to place an order and the cancel it received a phone call fromsaying that the owner doesn?t want my business anymore for the issue happened before oh wow! So this store is usually great we ordered from them alot. We always always! Get the same pizza a large 3 topping. And up until... 2-3 months ago the price was fair 11.28 or something very close to that. And now every time we call there a different price eachtime we call. What are you guys doing??? The highest number we got was 18.99 that's way to high for chain pizza regardless ofwhat anyone says for a 3 topping pizza. Get your prices straight if you want our business again. I think pizza is a matter of subjective preference, so this is my humble opinion: Crust: disappointing, a bit on the dry side... and full of air. Plus point: They included a buttery dip to help it go down. Sauce: A bit on the sweet side, but OK. Toppings:I ordered a two-topping pizza. It was decently topped and well-spread. Seems more than Domino's but less than say a Godfather'spizza. Service: was standard. Overall, OK, but not impressive either. Read more
Ordered two large pizzas, and they were great. Extra cheese and spinach for one, pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage for the... other. The driver delivered contactless and ahead of schedule, and the whole experience was great. I always enjoy the pizzasfrom this Papa John's, and the extra peppers and garlic butter are such a nice touch. Read more
We ordered two pizzas and wait for about 50 minutes. Then we call for asking what was happened and they told us the pizzas were... still there because they had only one driver and they were calling ?door dash? to do the delivery but door dash haven?tarrived. I asked why they didn?t called us to inform or to say they can?t deliver so we could do other plans for eating. Theemployee offered to deliver the pizzas and refund the money, so we accepted. Half an hour later, pizzas didn?t arrived. Thistime I called again and opted to talk to the manager who told me that he cancelled the order and refund our money, but did notsend the pizzas. I asked him why he didn?t do as they said and was a rude answer. We argued about time loss and compensationsand all the argue was pretty rough. So, we lost time, get angry and didn?t eat pizza. My wishes for this manager (and owner ashe said) is he get enough money to study how to treat clients. Awfull experience. Read more
