If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I have ordered the papadia 3x from this location. First time it was perfect... size and amount of meat/peppers. These last rep times have been ridiculous. I mean, you?d think they had a shortage of steak orsomething.. idk but whatever it is, it?s Extremely annoying. This is for PAPA JOHNS corporate. I ordered a pizza at 12:33PM, and it's not 1:47PM and I still do not have my pizza. I ordered... it online and we have a papa johns here 1 mile away from my house. Why did you send my order to 7 miles away in Canoga park whenI live in Northridge. It's not 1:48PM. Still no Pizza. I called the manager at this location and he was very well mannered andnice to talk to. This is your Screw up PAPA JOHNS CORPORATE. If I would have known it would take this long, I would have justcancelled the order and picked it up at my local Papa John's location in Northridge. it's 1:50PM and the driver just pulled in.The driver was nice but the pizza doesn't seem to have a lot of toppings. On Thursday 31 I went to papa Johns to order some wing and medium pizza around 8:30pm . When I got inside was only one girl... inside the store, she ask me if I was picking up an order, and I said no, I need to order something. After that I wait patientlyfor 10 minutes and she never took my order, so I walk away. Never again would step foot in this place. (Sherman way and Masonst) Read more
This was my first and last time eating at Papa John's. I wanted to try the Ultimate Stuffed Crust because I've never even had... stuffed crust before. When biting into the crust the cheese wasn't fully melted and kind of just stuck to to the crust like aslab of cheese. The pizza felt awkward as well, like it was undercooked. First time trying papa john's and it was terrible, my girlfriend and I went to this shop at night and ordered a pizza that was... supposed to be half meat and half veggie. They put meat all over the entire pizza so my vegetarian gf couldn't eat it. On top ofthat the crust was burned and the center of the pizza is still raw. At the time that I ordered the pizza there was only abouttwo people working who looked fed up working there. Clearly understaffed and not equpied to keep up with orders. Would nevercome here again. I simply love it. I have ordered one full piza with onside fully on veg and another side fully on nonveg . They taken my order... on the same way. They assured will give in 10 minutes and delivered on time. Response also good and I got 5$ off???? Read more
Worst service ever. Waited for delivery for 1 hour and 20 minutes i asked for bacon and they hardly put any. All that waiting... foran unsatisfying pizza. Never again. I recommend Dominos better pizza bread faster service and more satisfying. Papa Johnwould be disappointed with all these bad reviews. The ?Manager? is a disgrace. He called me slow after I asked for cheese and pepper and then asked for some napkins. He has no... right in calling me that. Someone should seriously reprimand him.
