Pizza not ready on time. Employee chased me away from curbside pickup. When pizza was ready staff called my phone and said it?s... ready and seemed really put when I told him it was a curbside order. I can ignore all of the above BUT?..the surcharge for CAresidents is a discriminatory act based on my zip code. If PH cannot afford to conduct business in CA, then perhaps PH shouldpull out of CA. This is the regular pizza hut store where we order pizzas all the time. but last time the manager of the store did not know how... to handle a customer request and provide professional customer service. he was rough adamant and rude. Last order was our worstexperience. we would like pizza hut owner to take action and bring the right managers who can under customer service andbusiness in general. this manager has the mindset of 9-5 employee but not at all the mindset of a manager. Well, I get pizza from Pizza Hut sometimes and the times I have received pizza from there I was and I am very pleased. The... workers are pleasant and the delivery is excellent. They are always on time and even faster than in delivery of the timespecified. Thank you Pizza Hut. I shall continue my business with you. The pizzas, the chicken and everything I order is verygood. Our entire family loves the original deep dish pizza. Your drivers are the best, always prompt and very kind. Normally we pick... up our food because delivery costs are high (for us), but if we must get it delivered, we use pizza hut because of the excellentservice. Read more
A 1/2 hour after my estimated delivery time I called and was told my pizza should be arriving in any minute. I received a phone... call 15 minutes later And was told they were understaffed And closing in 10 minutes, and that I would not be receiving any fooda food. I was then told my refund would only be for $31 when I was charged 47. However no refund was given. I would need to waitfor a call from a manager that would be either later that night or in the morning. I waited but received no calls. I asked who Iwas speaking with but the young lady would not tell me her first name. So now I have to go drive to the location and talk to themanager. Instead of pizza at 11:30 I had 7/11 at 1 AM Thanks Pizza Hut Well I went to the store and talked to a manager. Ididn't go into the story at first simply said that I made an order last night didn't receive it and needed a refund. He askedwhat happened. When I told him I was very unhappy as I did not get a phone call from the manager as I have a promised and wasnot pleased to be coming by to visit them on this issue in person.. There was absolutely no apology whatsoever.. No attempt tomake me feel important as a customer whatsoever. This issue is still not resolved. I have to wait a few days to see ifThe chargegoes through.
