SECOND VISIT: on May 23, 2022 I was so hungry when I was on that area ... The I got back to that Popeyes restaurant again. (1)... I ordered Shrimp + Chicken Breast + Coleslaw + Small Soda and I had to pay over $19 ... and no explanation on the receipt. Ithink the order taker doesn't know how to take order properly. (2) The persons who works in the kitchen are very slow ( thewaiting time was twice longer than IN & OUT BURGER. (3) I didn't order French Fries, but I got one on the shrimp ???? (see onthe picture) (4) The price of Shrimp on the board was $2.99 .. but I paid $5.99 ( please.. see on the picture) *** They (theEmployee) really need a good training. ========================= I don't go much to Popeyes restaurant. Particularly thisplace at the corner of Roscoe and De Soto, had messed up my order. I came when almost no body in the restaurant, and my ordernumber was #2264. I waited and waited and I ask the server: "where is my order" The server told me : "Not coming yet" Untilthe restaurant was became busy, and my order was not ready yet. I asked the server again and again, but the answer was stillsame: "Not coming yet" After the crowd was finished I asked again: "How long you make one Chicken Breast?" And then the serverstarted to find out where was my order. And no body could find out.... Finally she found the order that was been on thecounter for more than 30 minutes ... Meaning was already cold. ... but the order number was #2263.... ( That was my order withwrong order number). Who do I have to blame ? The computer or the server ? But who ever did mistake, the server must offer thenew hot food, and not giving me the old cold food that already stayed on the counter for a while. What do you think? Read more

Well I must say That this Popeyes location was very well set up. The line took a little long but that was fine. When I walked... in., the place.looked very clean.. Then I placed my order and got it in a few minutes. Very wonderful employees. Thank you foryour service. Read more
Very slow service especially for pick up orders were in the cage to go directly to the cashier and pick up the order. The store... is very very very very slow on the way how do you operate they need to hire more people. This location is in the middle of SanFernando Valley where the temperature exceeds 90° at times and customers are waiting in line in the heat outside thestore.. Hire more staff or put shades and umbrellas for customers while waiting. Read more
Horrible service , 4 lady's was gossiping and not paying attention to the job , I order a family special of regular chicken and... I was waiting for over 20 min. Because there was no chicken, was on the fryer and no one told me anything when I order even whenI ask 2 times for my order , at the 3rd time I ask for it they told me "oh sorry the chicken is cooking is take 3 more min." Igot very disappointed and I have to leave so I asked for a refund. Very bad experience just because 4 lady's was gossiping???????? Read more
