I came in and ordered a water. After waiting 10 minutes and every person who ordered after me got their drink, I asked for my... water. They finally handed it to me. Because the water was free they ignored my order ? I just walked 4 miles. I was sweatingbullets. I needed that water in this +100? heat. I feel so bad for the partners working at this Starbucks. Not even once have I felt a managers presence at this store. I have... left multiple times without drinks after waiting 20-30 minutes but I do not blame the partners. These partners have no supportwhatsoever. They appear overworked, undervalued, and lost. Where is the District Manager? Why is the store held to the samestaffing rules as smaller neighborhood stores? I worked in Starbucks Management for 10 years, I know exactly what is happeninghere. I hope these partners can find better jobs soon, Unionize, or MAYBE corporate steps up and brings in strong, dedicated (tothe PARTNER EXPERIENCE) leadership that will actually work on the floor, certainly this store volume supports an SM and at least2 full time ASM positions. Awful experience here. I came here with my mom on her birthday to make her day more fun and special. For some reason they would... not give her the customary free drink on her birthday even though the app was working completely fine and showed her birthdayunder her personal information. It did not show the specific reward but this is one of starbuck?s members most well knownoffers. Not to mention we have given our business to Starbucks regularly for years. This was our first time at this specificStarbucks, I am certain at any of the other Starbucks we usually go to they would have taken more time to figure out the app andwould have given my mom the birthday drink. We were polite, and they were dismissive and turned us away saying there was nothingthey could do. The last few times I ordered from this location they managed to mess it up somehow. Either they miss one of my order or they... manage to do this. If you are using credit card, mame sure the drive in is accepting it because sometimes the machine could be down. You can alwys... use card payment inside. (Something does not compute). Read more
