Awful place. No customer service oriented. Only one person attending the counter and the drive-through. Incompetence at it... major level. Love taco bell but this place is very unprofessional. Love taco bell but this place isn't worth it. 3 out of 5 times there is missing items on orders. They hand you the bag, closed... up with a sticker, say everything is in there, and yet there is way to many reoccurring problems. Edit: went back, told themthis is a repetitive issue. She plopped the bag on the counter without saying a work. Just go to another location. Read more

Horrible customer service, I took my lunch from work to grab a bite, not only did the restaurant smell septic I was told to wait... because "The system was down" 2 people walk up right behind me and were able to place thier order, when I brought it up to thecashier, I got a look and was brushed off.
