A delicious and fun experience! Taylor and Kayona were really sweet and gave us great recommendations on what to get for our... first time here. My wife and I shared the French toast, which wasn't overly sweet and had beautiful presentation, along withthe Santa Fe Breakfast which was the perfect breakfast meal having a base of hash browns with scrambled eggs, melted cheese, andthe local green chile on top. It was so delicious and totally worth it. The chefs Frank and Garrett made this delicious mealand even checked in on us during our meal. The small things make this place amazing like the orange cold foam on top of theiced latte and the staffs' warm and incredible customer service. We highly recommend this place to everyone!!! Wow! Did not expect the quality of food Here. They have it all breakfast and lunch. You can get coffee as well. Bathrooms are... behind the caboose the next building over (public restrooms). The woman at the register was sweet and patient with us trying topick our food. Order inside the caboose. Read more
Great place to grab a bite to eat and a drink if you are going to ride the Royal Gorge train. You order inside and sit in an... outside dining area. We ordered drinks, alcoholiic and nonalcoholic, crepes, and ice cream. The drinks and food items wereamazing. Only complaint was there was only one employee that was making drinks and desserts. He was amazing but overwhelmedwith how many order he had to make. Consequently, the wait was quite long.
