A delicious and fun experience! Taylor and Kayona were really sweet and gave us great recommendations on what to get for our... first time here. My wife and I shared the French toast, which wasn't overly sweet and had beautiful presentation, along withthe Santa Fe Breakfast which was the perfect breakfast meal having a base of hash browns with scrambled eggs, melted cheese, andthe local green chile on top. It was so delicious and totally worth it. The chefs Frank and Garrett made this delicious mealand even checked in on us during our meal. The small things make this place amazing like the orange cold foam on top of theiced latte and the staffs' warm and incredible customer service. We highly recommend this place to everyone!!! Wow! Did not expect the quality of food Here. They have it all breakfast and lunch. You can get coffee as well. Bathrooms are... behind the caboose the next building over (public restrooms). The woman at the register was sweet and patient with us trying topick our food. Order inside the caboose. Read more
Great place to grab a bite to eat and a drink if you are going to ride the Royal Gorge train. You order inside and sit in an... outside dining area. We ordered drinks, alcoholiic and nonalcoholic, crepes, and ice cream. The drinks and food items wereamazing. Only complaint was there was only one employee that was making drinks and desserts. He was amazing but overwhelmedwith how many order he had to make. Consequently, the wait was quite long. Also, please fix the air conditioning in thecaboose so your employees and work more comfortably. Read more
My girlfriend and I visited Canon City this past week a decided to give this place a try for a early brunch. The girls working... inside were great with our questions (we had a bunch) and I ended up with this wrap which was hands down one of the best thingsI had on our trip. Such an awesome place with wonderful staff. The food was soooo good best I?ve had in CO, and I highly recommend the smoothies!... The tables inside the train car are really cool and so is the outdoor seating where you can watch and hear the train, The foodwrapper was an old local article from 67, so cool! And I personally love the black napkins and compostable cups ?? so manythings cool about this place, no regrets whatsoever. Read more
Super nice staff and excellent food! There are two tables inside and we were able to get out of the wind. Seating outside for a... less windy day. The Giant Cinnamon rolls are delicious and huge, sweet trax french toast is decadent, the Santa Fe Breakfast isa great way to get scrambled eggs, hash browns, meat (bacon, ham, or sausage) and awesome green chili sauce, and the loadedbagel with smoked salmon was super flavorful and all you can eat! Great spot!! Cool and shaded outside. The Santa Fe breakfast was amazing! And served on parchment paper that says royal gorge... post is a cute touch. Although the paper rips when you cut on it. They have a iced Irish coffee that was so good! Great job! Read more
