Went to the Drive Thru in Canon City Colorado after my shift from work. They were open .However, their system was down for an... update? Whatever that entailed. I asked how long would they be " down?" The associate stated she had no idea. It could be15mins,3omins,45 minutes. ... I said, " fine I will wait". The employee stuttered... well, then you will have to wait in yourcar in the parking lot.We cant have you parked in the drive thru. I cut her off really and said "no, I'm not waiting.". Really? This is a modern McDonald?s. The wait was the longest I?ve ever had at a McDonald?s..no drink machines in the eating area so if... you wanted a refill you had to wait forever to get one. Not very people friendly at all. Read more
Worst experience. Horrible customer service. Got our order wrong but they only took orders on one side of the drive through. ... 13 cars went through before they took our order on our side. THEN GOT OUR order wrong. Go the Burger King Read more
$12 for the adult happy meal just for them to throw it into a brown bag. No boxes and they won't bother letting you know they... are all out of the boxes. No sign and the person taking order don't tell ya. You won't know until you get your food and it's inone of the regular brown paper bags. The meal itself without the stupid toy is half that price. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. 30 min trapped in line. Order was messss up. No one to talk to.... Had to call because lobby is closed due to staffing shortages. Went through the drive thru. Yeah it's late, but please tell me why all 4 night employees need to be outside smoking? They told... me "sorry our system is updating" little do they know, I know when the terminals are rebooting the screen is blue, they weren't.Smoking was too important to them than to do their jobs. Also after 10 they don't allow cards or you to use the mcdonalds app.Why is that? I believe they are just too lazy to put effort in. Will be calling gm tomorrow and store owner. Read more
our mcdonalds at canon city has a sewer problem. the mens restroom and the womens restroom has a severe sewer smell that... permeates into the dining area. im sure this is driving some customers away. Read more
