This place doesn't even deserve a one star rating. They lack employees and the service is horrible. We had to go there 3x before... we got our order right. You would think the manager would do right by us and toss in a free cake or something but nope all hedid was have them fix the order which they messed up on. The employees instead of goofing off in the back should be payingattention to slip orders. The manager on duty didn't even tell them to stop goffing off. Maybe our order would have been rightthe first time had their employees paid more attention.Never will I go back to this place. It has gone down hill badly. Read more
This is a horrible KFC. The mgr wouldn't even give me her name. Then put Jarrod on the phone thank God but he was not 100 in... anyway. I'm sick an just want my family to eat w out me having to do it. The food is OLD WITH NO MEAT! 30$ and nothing butcoleslaw and instant mashed potatoes without gravy(which was ordered) to boot as well as bis. Wow NEVER AGAIN IN CANONSBURG WILLWE GO!! Food was mediocre at best. Service was lackadaisical and unprofessional, especially in food prep area. Language/ behavior should... be addressed by management. Restroom was a total mess. Will be QUITE awhile before I return. Read more
Nothing was stocked. Forks,knives,and napkins were empty. Did not have right pieces of chicken to fill orders. Staff were using... terrible language at each other. Thankful that I didn't have children with me. Read more
This location ruins the prestigious KFC brand and their attempt to compete in the lucrative chicken sammich market by putting... subpar portions of delicious spicy sauce on their flagship product. Also I waited for literally 45 minutes to recieve thissandwich, I would expect at least an adequate volume of sauce. 5/7, a perfect score. Read more
This Kentucky Fried Chicken is rundown and dirty. Management here is terrible and has no clue! The staff here is polite and... works well. The booth seats are cracked and torn. The inside is dirty, dining area floor had food and debris everywhere, andlights are out above the booths. Bathrooms were dinghy and needed mopped. Unsanitary conditions everywhere a customer is allowedimagine what the unseen areas look like. The outside lights were not even turned on. I had just got off work and wanted something hot and good so I decided to stop here to get a chicken sandwich and a Pepsi . Upon... pulling upon to order the person taking my order greeted me with " Can I help you?" Pretty rudely and annoyed as if I had ruinedhis day. I got my total of $9.26 for my K-11 meal which was the Chicken Sandwich with fries and a large Pepsi. As I waited inline to get my order, I noticed a drink get handed to the car at the window but was placed onto the window ledge in which itremained there until the car pulled away. As I pulled up the gentleman in the window was annoyed, saying "here" as he handed memy drink that was on the ledge 2 vehicles prior He said it'll be fine, handed me my food. As I was attempting to eat my food, Inoticed it was thrown in the bag with the fries all throughout the bag as they were cold. Upon attempting to eat the sandwich,it too was cold and rubbery with no pickles, mayo and the bun cold and soggy. Poor all around as I've had better service fromthis establishment before.
