I called in an order for carryout. I have $10 in rewards. The lady that took the order told me I could let the people at the... pizza shop know I want to use my rewards. The manager at the shop told me I could not use it. I can only use it through theironline ordering. He did not care that I was lied to when I ordered. Read more
I called several places and nobody would deliver to my hotel because I didn?t know the address off hand. I called this Papa... Johns and it?s actually out of their delivery zone, but they took my order and delivered it to me anyway. They were the mostprofessional place I have called. Told me it would be 1&1/2 for delivery which was fine...after 2 hours the pizza didn?t arrive. I called and they said, ?we?re... closed? and I explained I ordered food that never arrived. They said they tried to deliver it which I was looking out the windowfor. The manager tried to argue with me and said they refunded me which they did not. He then hung up on me when I asked for areason that my order wasn?t delivered. Huge lack of professionalism in this location as well as respect. 1st time i ordered, I asked for a coca cola the the employee did not mention they do not sell coca cola products - i received... mountain dew. 2nd time i ordered my cheesy bread was not cheesy! It was dry and over cooked! I called back the female employeewas nice and told me in 35 mins I would switch my cheesy bread for fresh cooked ?Cheesy? bread . If you want delivery, you might want to consider another pizza place. Very slow getting to me twice, a normal 8 minute drive.... The last time the pizza was on the cool side. I waited from 5:35 (online order) to 6:45. Slip said order was out at 6:10.Nothing you can do can make the drive 35 minutes. Too bad because I like the variety on their menu, but I think I'm over them. Read more
Have ordered from this location twice. Pizza is very good, but delivery times are well over an hour after they say 30-40... minutes. Last time we ordered it was over an hour and a half wait for a large 2-topping. Inexcusable when the Pizza Hut rightnext door always has orders ready in 15-20 minutes for carryout and is always on time with their delivery. Again, great pizzabut wouldn't recommend it based on the delivery times. Read more
