Sarris Candies is a local candy and chocolate business that was founded about 60 years ago. This specific store has a candy shop... that sells probably hundreds of products and an old-fashioned ice cream parlor that sells dozens of flavors of ice creams. Thedecorations look really fun. During my recent visit, I bought a box of assorted milk chocolates, a root beer float, and a bananasplit sundae, all of which tasted very good. The two employees who served me did a fine job. Anyone from the area knows that the chocolate here is delicious. The ice cream parlor is a special treat. If you're in the area.... Definitely make sure you get the chocolate dip. Pittsburgh and Canonsburg in particular are so lucky to have a place like Sarris candies. From the young ladies that work here... to the people that run the factory, everybody is pleasant, the place is clean as a pin, the candy selection is unrivaled, Ibelieve almost anywhere and the ice cream is off the chart. A ton of flavors generous scoops, great sundaes, yeah this is great.If you?re ordering a sundae bring your appetite.
