Very poor customer service. Asked to have my dunkin card reload first. Then was gonna pay for my large with my free coffee gift... card. While putting rest on my dunkin card. She proceeded to put all on my Dunkin card, then recharged my card. I went to giveher my free coffee card, said was already paid. She said well you didn't give me the free card with the others.Took my bysurprise with the disrespect she had. I said well if you had listened to what I said, it would have been the way I wanted it.SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED NOR DID SHE MAKE IT RIGHT AND WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE THING!!! Repeatedly bad experiences, but this morning takes the cake. Ordered a small coolata with a turbo shot to take home because I... wanted a light sweet beverage with a reasonable but not huge amount of caffeine. Upon getting home, realized staff made a frozencoffee with a turbo shot- not only is the coffee itself too burned tasting to drink, but the caffeine amounts are more thandoubled. Normally I?d be unhappy, but suck it up and deal with it. The problem is that I?m pregnant and on a caffeinerestriction- not only is the taste awful, but I physically am not allowed to drink this beverage. Read more
