Apparently 1 star reviews don't work in making a change so I found the solution. If your online order is not ready on time and... you have the App open it and chat with "Pepper" The bot will confirm your order is not ready on time and comp your order. Youmay still have to wait 20 minutes but someone will notice the funds coming off the bottom line from this location and eventuallywe may get a fix. Don't bother with Door Dash or UberEats. They just cancel repeatedly because the order is never ready. Read more

Incredibly rude staff! The staff was playing, laughing, and joking while making everyones food, which is disgusting and... unsanitary! The server that was taking my order was raising his voice as my child and I we?re ordering to hurry up, even makinga hand gesture as to make a decision on what we wanted on our burrito bowls.
