Incredibly rude staff! The staff was playing, laughing, and joking while making everyones food, which is disgusting and... unsanitary! The server that was taking my order was raising his voice as my child and I we?re ordering to hurry up, even makinga hand gesture as to make a decision on what we wanted on our burrito bowls. This is the second time this has happened and thelast. I?ll never step foot inside chipotle again. The entire staff from top to botyom should be fired! Poorly managed is anunderstatement! Read more

I ordered online. 3 ingredients were missing including cheese? which I asked for extra of and was charged for. I also ordered... half chicken half steak and there were 3 pieces of steak. Get it together over there! I waited 20 extra minutes (which I?m okwith) but get the order right! Read more

Apparently 1 star reviews don't work in making a change so I found the solution. If your online order is not ready on time and... you have the App open it and chat with "Pepper" The bot will confirm your order is not ready on time and comp your order. Youmay still have to wait 20 minutes but someone will notice the funds coming off the bottom line from this location and eventuallywe may get a fix. Don't bother with Door Dash or UberEats. They just cancel repeatedly because the order is never ready. Read more

Robbery. I understand that inflation affecting all of us, but to raise the price and give me less amount of food? That?s just... robbery. No more chipotle for me. This location had definitely confirmed why i shouldn?t come here anymore. I ask for a doublerice or chicken, and I literally get a quarter of the spoon and get charged for extra! Unacceptable. Very rude staff. Didn?t get what I ordered and paid for. I ordered A Burrito bowl and two kids quesadilla and I had asked for... Guacamole and Sour cream on the side. They took the order and I paid for everything. When I was about to go out. Noticed thatguacamole and sour cream was missing. Went back immediately and told what happened. The staff was so rude on me and was sayingthose side orders give only when the order is placed online. Stupid. If so they should have told me at the time of order taking.didn?t get what I paid for. First time visiting this store and going to be my LAST time. I am so sad that kids didn?t get whatthe love to eat from Chipotle. Read more

This is one of those instances that if I could leave a 0 I would. There was only one nice person in the interaction we had.... Thanks hey were skimpy on the toppings. I asked for a little cilantro on the top, as I like this and not lettuce. I was told no,when I said really, she said she would ask the manager, who said no. I asked her to let the person who said know that this wasthe first time in the 10 years I have been coming to chipotle, in 4 different states that I was told you are not ?allowed? tohave cilantro. Then when I asked for salt, I was told, rather rudely, that we don?t have salt for customers. This was the WORSTtime I?ve ever had at a chipotle, and don?t think I will be coming back to this location. I will drive farther just to getbetter service! Read more

I ordered two bowls and had cash to pay for them... more than enough... and I was advised by Clay that they did not accept cash... unless it was exact change. Short version, I told him to keep the change, and went to take the bag, and Clay literally pulledit back while I was grabbing it. I brought up how wrong this was the next time I came in, and the front desk person agreed withme and took the payment, leaving the change in the register. Right around that point, Clay came around the corner, and Ibrought up that Clay was the one who literally pulled the bag away from me when I put more than enough money down on the counterto pay for my last order. At this, Clay told me that was because I was trying to steal the food. (That's not the case at all,and I've put cash on a table or counter in many restaurants and had the server or staff member "keep the change.") Publiclyaccusing a patron of theft is a big deal. Clay has a definite attitude issue, and the fast food restaurant's policy of nottaking cash, unless it's literally exact to the penny... is discriminatory. I've tried to bring this to higher management'sattention, and I've not received any contact back. When I contacted Chipotle Corporate about this, there response was to justoffer free food, which they've given me coupons for... but I'm not looking for free food! I'm looking to be able to pay forwhat is ordered without a hassle. Ownership of this location needs to be aware of how things are operating, and they need tochange the cash policy. If a client wants you to "keep the change" ... I don't know a single business (other than this one)that would have a problem with making MORE money. Read more
