Saturday around noon... They were out of the wrap bread I wanted. Out of the onions that I wanted. Out of the spinach that I... wanted. So I ended up with a sandwich that was nothing like what I wanted. I don't blame the kids behind the counter. They weredoing their best with what they had. Where's the owner when something like this is going on? I understand that things happen...but you're going to go all weekend without sandwich making supplies? YOU'RE A SANDWICH SHOP! Send someone down to one of the twomajor grocery stores less than a mile away. Stop looking stupid. Or not. Either way, I won't be back. Big Y down the road has asetup that blows your sandwiches away. And the meats & vegetables are fresh... not frozen to the side of the container. Read more
I wanted my rotisserie chicken ceasar flatbread sandwich but they had no ceasar- very disappointed.
Here's my, in the parking lot, just unwrapped sandwich. I had to ask for double meat because the first couple slices didn't even... cover half the sandwich. Doesn't look like double meat to me. I've been here plenty of other times and I have met the owner ahandful of times as well. Ken, if you're seeing this, I am very unhappy with what was given to me today, your employees did nottake pride in their work, as you can tell in the picture. Restaurant was filthy upon picking up an online order. 2 of the 3 sandwiches were made on wrong bread, sodas advertised were not... available at restaurant. Soda fountain area sticky, messy and dirty. Employees don't even greet you. Very little meat insandwiches. Area manager responds to your concerns with a form letter. All reasons I will not be back. Personally I'll always be a favorite fan of the old way that used to do things with Subway, in terms of cutting the meat the... quantity of the meat Etc. If you want a quick sub this is a good place to go, but if you want a good meal with a lot of meat andcheese this is not the place to go. They charge you extra to put an average amount of meat in your sub or cheese for thatmatter.
