You have to appreciate the consistency of Chick-fil-A across all their locations. Better than any other fast food chain in that... respect (in my opinion). There has been some construction around this location recently though that does make it a bit tricky toget in and out (as of August of 2022). Hopefully, that work gets completed soon enough. Just got home from Chick-fil-A Hickory Flat, GA with my meal. Ordered med fries. Looking at the the top of the waffle fries... container it looked like a full container with whole waffle fries. The top of the fry container only had 2 or 3 that were wholewaffle fries the rest were tiny bits and pieces. Who ever filled my order knew exactly that they were "short changing" me. I was so blessed to be served by Tamara who engaged in... small talk during the short-drive through line, thanking me for coming to her business! Wow, excellent customer service thatmany restaurants in the area are currently lacking... NOTICE: If you go to this Chick-fil-A check your ENTIRE order. It is nearly guaranteed that they will forget something. In the... past year I would estimate that they have forgotten something in our order probably 90% of the time. We have had entire mealsleft out, missing sides, the wrong order. Today my wife got home with lunch and I joked that they forgot one of our straws, onlyto discover that there were only two tenders in a 4-ct. I know mistakes happen, but it?s honestly embarrassing how bad thisplace is. It?s also embarrassing that we?ve given them this many chances. No more.
