I have not eaten at this location in about a year. The restaurant was filthy with food and trash on the floors and tables that... had not been cleaned. The stainless steel at the drink station looked as though it had something smeared all over it. Whoeverthe manager was should have been on top of this. Ripped off - ordered a steak bowl online and upon opening it at home - 4 pieces of steak no bigger than the tip of my pinky. ... Chips were so stale they were inedible. Will stick to Moe's. The black female who is the manager is so nasty every.single.time i come to this location. She is rude & aggressive to... customers. Not sure why she has such a chip on her shoulder. - but if you dislike people so much then find another job thatdoesn?t require customer service. This place does not deserve more than 2 stars. This my first visit to this place and I will not be coming back. When ordering... the food, I was being rushed and just passed on before I was done choosing. It felt like being in a production line. The syrupin the Coke Zero needed to be replaced and after mentioning it, all I got was "Sorry". I ordered to go and was given a heap of mess. It was not what I ordered and my gac was halfway full. I didn?t see this until I... got home with my children. I drove back up there and they offered a refund and would not make the order over. He said I couldn?tget both. Overall wasn?t bad, my wife and I had a late lunch. Young lady serving us was polite and helpful. Had got two bags of chips and... shared one. She brought home her chip bag and leftovers and while eating found a metal wire strand in the chips or her maindish. Looks like it could possibly be from a grill brush to clean grill tops with.
