Went in to pick up an order to go, found a shirt on clearance (1/2 price and the only one left). Paid, was given my bag and told... that's everything. Drove 30 minutes home and found out that the shirt wasn't given to me. Upon calling, I was told "it's herefor you to come pick up." - No apology, no attempt at providing good customer service.... nothing. Was not offered to speak withthe manager..... just told to fill out the survey and give me feedback about the experience. In addition, I literally bouncedthe "corn muffin" off of the wall and it never even cracked..... it was almost black it had sat so long...... Now I have totravel an hour plus more gas just to retrieve said shirt - which will now cost me what the original price of the shirt was. It's the only one in a 35 mile radius so they know they can do whatever ........ I wish people would take pride in theirwork...... I would like to give 0 stars but I have to leave 1 in order to post this. Read more
This is by far my favorite Cracker Barrel. Margarita Has been there for over 5 years and she is our favorite waitress. She... knows exactly what we want to drink she tells us about her family and how they are doing. She is the most friendly waitress I'veever known . Even though they have recently changed their menu, and some think for the worse, I being a vegetarian and veryexcited about this impossible sausage that you can see in the picture. My husband & I have always loved Cracker Barrel. Service is alway great & our waiter today was excellent. His name was David. ... However, what in the world has happened to the biscuits? Obviously you?ve changed your recipe because the biscuits are nowherenear like they used to be and quite honestly are terrible. Eggs were also overcooked. Lastly, coffee & a diet coke $2.75? Ourbill the last 2 times we have been there is 33% higher. We understand the economy sucks & that means an increase, but we expectthe same quality! Read more
I went to this Cracker Barrel last Sunday. It was around 9:00 am. I asked for scrambled eggs, CRISPY bacon and tomato slices. ... It also took a while to get out food. The manager even came over and apologized for the wait. Finally got our food. The eggswere cold, the tomato slices were warm and the bacon was not cooked-literally was a blob of barely cooked bacon. They didrefund the bacon at my request. Not going back to this location. Read more
Father's Day was very busy but we had a short wait. It was fully staffed and provided excellent food and service. I barely... remember a restaurant with a full staff. What ever your doing to keep everyone from host, servers and cooks, please keep it up.Thank you for a fun trip and really good food. Read more
This is the first time we came with no wait. Second time we have been here, first time we came I ordered chicken fried chicken... and when I cut into the chicken it was still raw and frozen. I was scared to come back, however this time was good. We orderedthe country fried steak which was good. Grilled marinated chicken fingers which was a lot better than the fried chicken fingersI had when they replaced my raw chicken fried chicken. The grilled chicken was really flavorful. The hashbrown casserole wasamazing, steak fries were okay. The fried okra was old and bland and the honey mustard and ranch were also bland and tastedstore bought. The meats were good this time, they need to work on the sides. We might return. Read more

I wanted pancakes so bad. This meal hit the spot!! WTG Cracker Barrel. Coming again next weekend!!!!
