My fiance and I are new to this area and were in the mood for wings last night for dinner. We saw a few reviews for this place... complaining about the size of the wings, but figured that is a common complaint and were most likely a little exaggerated. Whenwe called to place an order, it rang for a few minutes and then said "the wireless customer you're calling is not available". Wethought that was a little weird and called back when we were able to get someone on the phone. After looking at their websitemenu, we tried to order some garlic Parmesan wings when we were told they "stopped doing that". Who stops doing one of the mostcommon and popular flavors? My fiance tried to order his wings all flats (which, again, was on their website menu for a $.79charge) and was told they don't do that, but she could try. We ended up getting 10 lemon pepper and 10 cajun BBQ as well as alarge fry to split. Our food was....fine. Was it cooked? Yes. Was it hot? Yes. Was it anything to rave about? Absolutely not. Wereceived 20 TINY (like smaller than my thumb) wings that were just average. Our fries were soggy and flavorless - not evensalt?! It satisfied the craving but I don't think we'll be back. Read more
I don't know what wings everyone else got that warranted 4 stars because ours were terrible. They were very tiny. Like little... dove wings. They will not let you split flavors in an order, 1 flavor per 10 wings, and it was $34 for 20 wings with tax andtip. Just awful. We threw half away. Stick with Buffalo's, it's only 3 exits north. We took awhile to try this restaurant and BOY have we been missing out!! The wings were cooked perfect and the flavors (we had... Hot Lemon Pepper, as well as Hot Honey Garlic) were very delicious with just the right amount of heat!! We also tried theirFajita Pita with Chicken and their Heartland Bacon Cheeseburger and they both were very good as well!! The wings are so delicious!! My favorite place to get my wings, they?re so juicy when you take the first bite up till the last... bite! They have a variety amount of wing flavors and the burgers are just as much tasty too. The server, is super welcoming andsweet. I always leave her a good tip appreciating her services and attitude. We tried Holly Wings Shack for the first time tonight and we were blown away! Fast and friendly service. The boneless wings were... hot, meaty, and delicious. The regular wings were also hot and delicious as well. We tried the mild sauce and spicy garlic,which we recommend. The chili cheese fries were the best I've ever had!
