This restaurant has very friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. It was noticeably dusty, and the food wasn't great. Our... appetizer was undercooked, the rolls were terrible, the main entrees where bland, and most of the actual pasta isn't fresh. Wealso always order meatballs when visiting an Italian Restaurant just to see if what their standards are. The meat balls fellapart, which just made me a bit sad, and they were also way too big. The portions where enormous which must kill the overheadhere. It also doesn't add to the over all experience when you are given more of a subpair thing. The prices have increased about25% which became obvious just by looking at the menu. I understand that inflation has affected the world, but if the priceincreases, as a customer - I expect the quality of the food to be amazing. $20 for fettuccine alfredo - it just doesn't makesense; 2 portions of pasta and less than 2 oz of chicken. As a customer it was just insulating. Hopefully things will improvebut as it remains today, I would not return. Read more

I visited Mamma Onesta?s for the first time on Father?s Day for a nice dinner after being recommended it countless times by a... family member. If I could rate this place 6/5 I would. My party was greeted by Melanie, one of the owners, and she was thesweetest and nicest person ever! We had such a wonderful conversation, and she made it a point to connect with everyone. I alsogot to meet her dog Ernesto, and he made my heart melt! All of the staff were very nice, and made the whole experience evenbetter. Incredible find in downtown Canton. Lovely little, family run, Italian restaurant we ate at last night for a dinner with our... business partners. Waitress was the best we have experienced in a long time! The owners came out to greet us and were sofriendly and attentive to us having a wonderful experience. Food was awesome. Ambience was warm and comfortable. Service topnotch. I highly recommend this restaurant for a night out whether it be for business or romantic date. Very nice full servicebar in separate room. First time in and will definitely not be the last. Family restaurant with incredibly hospitable owners. This place could hold... its own in ANY major city and we have it right here in Canton. Me and my sister came here and had antipasti, entrees, wine, dessert and even espresso and it was all SO GOOD. First, when we... came in they told us they usually do reservations only on the weekends! So please keep that in mind if you want to go during theweekend. But they found seats for us at the bar and we love sitting there so that was fine with us. We ordered the escargotwhich was perfectly cooked and delicious, and the bruschetta. Both antipasti dishes were amazing. They have house made breadrolls that are some of the best rolls you will ever have! Next we ordered their special for the week which was a house madefresh ravioli stuffed with shrimp and lobster in a creamy sauce. The sauce was thick but not too thick and the ravioli wereactually sizable too. Dessert was the perfect way to end the night: the caramel cheesecake was divine and they are known fortheir bread pudding so we HAD to try that and it was soft, delicious, balanced on flavor from every bite! (This one was madewith chocolate dipped strawberries but I think they might change it up depending on the current menu/season). Lastly we had anespresso and overall were so happy and stuffed. Amazing... no other words needed. Food was great. The service was incredible and they made you feel like you were at home. ... You could tell that they care about your experience and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your visit. We willcertainly be back. This was the best dining experience we have had in a very long time. The service and friendly staff blewus away. They make you feel like family and I'm not exaggerating!
