The manager, Hailey Kersey was phenomenal and really set the attitude for the whole experience. She greeted us as we waited for... a table, made us feel so welcome, and then checked up on us right as we finished our meal. She suggested the seasonal pumpkindesert and we loved it. Plenty of food, but taste wise, just okay. Would love more spiced versions. Forgot the appetizer but in the end didn't charge,... and wasn't necessary because of the amount of food with the entree's. Read more
It was really good , service was good. We were there around 7pm on Wed evening . The cleanliness was much to be desired though.... Cloth napkin under our table along with food and the table they sat us at had not been cleaned. Read more
Came in before 8 pm 7:50 I believe, hostess give me a menu, sat at bar waited for 10 minutes no one addressed me came by... nothing. Manager mixing a drink never even looked at me just left me there. 11 minutes later finally the bar tender asks if Iwould like to order. At 15 minutes my soup shows with no spoon or my wine, are you kidding me. Wine shows and it’s the wrongsize, quartino is the small carafe. Jesus. 8:25 sill waiting on main dish. 8:28pm meal shows. Sohell F was our Exceptionable server at table 312 in Canton today! He was very courteous and attentive! We would not have been... able to pay our bill if he had not walked us through the process using the kiosk!! It was embarrassing & funny, but he was verycourteous about our situation!! 5 Stars!!!!! On the Food… I’ve never had shrimp scampi with asparagus in the sauce, andspeaking of the sauce something was missing very Mediocre. Since I’ve eaten at Maggiano’s, Provino’s and other Italianrestaurants around Olive Garden has very poor Italian food, just my opinion. Their salad was very good. The 4 Stars are for ourServer! We went here for a bridal shower...all of the food was really good and servers were really nice. The only reason its not 5 stars... is due to a bowl of soup being dropped on my friend but the server was extremely sorry???? the tiramisu was also delicious???? Read more

Disappointed tonight. Waited forever and finally received my soup and salad way before my daughter's pizza that took 40 minutes... by the time she received it. Only got asked if I would like another glass of sweet tea. Never did waitress ask if I would likemore soup. Yup! And I am suppose to give a good tip on bad customer service. Read more
